Ethiopia is well-known for being the home of Arabica coffee (C. arabica), highly regarded for its outstanding quality, unique aroma, and flavor.

Ethiopians and coffee’s relationship is deep-rooted, and coffee production and consumption are closely intertwined with Ethiopian history, culture, and economy. Coffee has been cultivated, traded, and consumed over centuries and still plays a significant role in most Ethiopians’ daily life and for the state of Ethiopia as a whole. in general “Coffee is the backbone of life.”

With these concept , we establish our company (farm) in one of the regions, Jimma Zone. Limu Kossa Woreda. Jimma Zone is one of the administrative zones of the Oromia regional state of Ethiopia.

Limu coffee grows in the South-West of Ethiopia between 1,100 to 2000 meters above sea level and is known and desired for its good cup, sweet, spicy/winey flavor balanced body. Washed Limu coffee is considered one of Ethiopia’s best highland-grown coffees. The bean is medium size, has a distinctive rounded shape and green color

The name Limmu is used to describe the region’s coffee flavor profile found in both Jimma and the neighboring zone of Illuababor , noted for being a clean cup with a subtle citric acidity.
